How we measure

• • Every few minutes our backend runs a lightweight auth-ping against each gateway and records the result.
• • 24h uptime % is calculated across configured providers only. A gateway showing Not configured is one we haven't enabled for your region.
• • Latency bands are rounded into fast, normal, or slow — actual response times are not exposed publicly.
• • If a major outage is in progress and you don't see it here yet, write to support@genixcrm.in.
