GENIX INNOVATIONS ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use GENIX Business Suite at genixcrm.in.

Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, hashed password, role, two-factor settings.
  • Company information — company name, business address, billing details.
  • Module data — CRM records, forms, surveys, bookings, documents, chats and other content you create.
  • Usage and security signals — login activity, IP address, approximate IP-based location, browser/user-agent string.
  • Payment metadata — Razorpay/PayPal payment IDs, plan, status. Card details are never stored on our servers.

How we use your information

We use your data to operate the platform, process subscription payments, send transactional email (verification, billing, sign notifications), and to protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Data sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the service: payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal), email delivery (SMTP via Hostinger), and infrastructure providers. All sub-processors are contractually bound to confidentiality.

Data retention & deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time from the dashboard. After cancellation, content is retained for 30 days for recovery purposes and then permanently removed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data you've provided. Email support@genixcrm.in with verification.

Cookies

We use a minimum set of cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.
