GENIX Business Suite offers a risk-free 14-day free trial. We strongly encourage every customer to evaluate the platform thoroughly during this period before purchasing a paid subscription. This gives you the freedom to test all 12 modules — CRM, Bigin, Sales IQ, Billing Management, Forms, Bookings, GENIX Sign, GENIX Ticket, Survey, Marketing, Automation and GENIX Copilot — at no cost.
No refunds after a paid subscription is purchased
Once a paid subscription is purchased, no refund will be processed. Because we provide a generous 14-day free trial that allows full evaluation of the platform, all paid purchases are considered final.
Exceptions — when a refund may be considered
A refund request may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following situations:
- Onboarding failure — GENIX Business Suite is unable to onboard the customer (e.g. a verified technical or compatibility issue prevents account provisioning).
- Payment verification failure — Payment is received but cannot be verified or matched to a subscription.
- Duplicate payment — A duplicate payment was received due to a technical error.
How to request a refund
Email support@genixcrm.in or call +91 7439 712304 with your account email, payment reference (Razorpay/PayPal transaction ID), date of payment, and a clear description of the issue.
All refund requests are reviewed and approved by the admin at GENIX INNOVATIONS. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period; access continues until the end of that period.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Disputed chargebacks may result in suspension of the account.
