Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using GENIX Business Suite ("Service", operated by GENIX INNOVATIONS) at genixcrm.in, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Free trial

GENIX offers a 14-day free trial of all 12 products with no credit card required. After the trial expires, access is restricted until a paid subscription is purchased.

2. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay or PayPal in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to send spam, distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance where possible.

6. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
